How much does PropOS cost?
PropOS costs from €3* per property per month, and less as you grow. There is no setup fee, and your first property is free for 30 days.

Common questions
How is the total worked out?
The first 20 properties cost €3 each, the next ones up to the 55th €2.50, and the rest €2. For 30 properties: 20 at €3 plus 10 at €2.50, which is €85 a month.
Is there a setup fee?
No. We set up your environment under your brand and help you get started. All it takes is adding your clients and properties.
How do the 30 free days work?
Your first property is free for 30 days. After 30 days you decide. If you continue, billing starts on day 31, with a minimum of €60 per month.
Can I stop at any time?
Your data is yours. Export everything, then delete your account and all its data completely, at any moment. No lock-in.
Is everything included in the price?
Yes. Today Chat, Vault, Financials, approvals, your name and logo, and translation are included in the price, at every company size.
Do my clients pay anything?
No. Only the management company pays for PropOS. Your clients pay nothing to PropOS.
