It started with one apartment in Athens.
PropOS was built by Boaz Katan, an owner abroad with an apartment in Athens. Today it runs at a property management company in Athens, under that company's own name.
Where it came from
PropOS started with a simple question every owner abroad has: where is everything about this property?
In property management today, the papers of one property travel through many channels: the lease by email, an invoice in a chat, the tax notice as a photo, an approval by phone. Everything arrives, and later it takes time to find. That is simply how the work is organised, for managers and owners alike.
Owners want one place for the property: every invoice, every document, every update, in a language they understand. Managers want fewer repeated questions. PropOS is that one place, built for the manager to give to every client.
What PropOS is
PropOS is the property file your clients see. Each property gets one file with every conversation, document, approval and number, under the manager's own name and logo. The client opens it instead of calling. The manager sends once, and it stays there.
Your clients see your company on every screen and every notification. They never see the word PropOS.
Designed around how Greek management companies work: Greek documents in, English summaries out, the original always kept.
Running today at Klehomerie, an Athens firm managing property for owners abroad.
A small number of Greek management companies are joining early and shaping what gets built next. If you manage property for clients abroad, a fifteen-minute call is the way in.
