Cookies
Last updated: 21 September 2026
We keep this simple. PropOS uses a single, optional cookie for analytics. That is it. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers, no selling of data.
The one cookie we use
If you accept, we load Mixpanel, an analytics tool, to understand which parts of the site people find useful. It records anonymous usage such as pages viewed and buttons clicked. Data is stored on Mixpanel's EU servers. We use it to improve the site, nothing else.
Strictly necessary
The only thing we always store is your cookie choice, so we do not ask you again on every visit. It lives in your browser and is not shared.
What is stored in your browser
- Your cookie choice (always). So we do not ask again on every visit. Stays in your browser, never shared.
- Mixpanel visitor record (only if you accept). An anonymous id and the events below, stored on Mixpanel's EU servers.
- Mixpanel send queue (only if you accept). A short buffer of events waiting to be sent, cleared as they go.
What we record once you accept
- A click on the booking button
- Which sections of a page you reached
- A click on a menu item
- Which question you opened in the FAQ
- A switch between English and Greek
- A completed booking of an intro call
